  We are visiting from NYC for a week and needed to find a cute and well stocked dispo. We came upon Fire and Flower in Kingston today and Rachel helped us. She was incredibly informative and helped us pick out some really fun stuff for our stay here in Canada. Can't wait to visit again before our trip is over! Gorgeous store, too! Wow

  I always have a great experience at Fire & Flower! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and everything is always quick and easy. The store is clean, organized, and really convenient to stop into. Whether I know exactly what I want or need recommendations, they’re always efficient and make the whole experience smooth. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

  I’ve been a client of Kingston’s Fire and Flower since opening! I have an account there and I frequent the establishment and have never had an issue buying my weed… until this Monday. A friend and I went out for dinner and thought we would pick up some pre rolls before heading home. When we entered the store we were greeted as usual, with smiles and hello’s but then everything went sideways and I’m not quite sure what happened. I was ordering rolling papers for my bud and wanted tiny infused prerolls, the male behind the counter was taking my order and the lovely woman was gathering the stuff I was asking for and offering her help, but when I asked for clarification regarding the size of the prerolls, making sure it wasn’t the big joints the male told me the smallest they had were 1/2 g infused joints… I told the male that I have been in three times now looking for small joints and that I didn’t want the half G’s that I just wanted small ones and I commented that their selection of small joins was terrible. At that point he took the papers away and told me he wasn’t selling me anything. Not even the papers. I’m not sure what I said wrong to him but he wouldn’t serve me and the female wouldn’t serve either. I suppose you can’t give feedback anymore. So I went to Cannabis Kingston told them all about the horrible experience and happily got the tiny joints I was looking for. I have also told as many people as I can about my experience on Monday evening at fire and flower and am happy to say I will never go back and the friend I was with won’t either. It was a baffling and horrible experience. I recommend next time a customer says the selection is lacking that maybe they rectify it by inquiring and putting an order in for joints that are requested. Anyhow Cannabis Kingston is the place to go, they listen and supply what one wants. And has lots of parking Thanks for nothing. You have lost a customer.
