  Unbelievable. Store hours say open until 10 p.m., so I specifically made the trip before closing. I arrived at 9:10 p.m only to find the doors locked with a sign saying staff would “be back at 9:30.” I understand employees may need breaks, but closing for 20 minutes during the final hour of posted business hours is frustrating and wastes customers’ time — especially when people are trying to make multiple stops before other stores close as well. If the store cannot consistently serve customers during that time, the posted hours should reflect that more accurately.
