  Unbelievable. Store hours say open until 10 p.m., so I specifically made the trip before closing. I arrived at 9:10 p.m only to find the doors locked with a sign saying staff would “be back at 9:30.” I understand employees may need breaks, but closing for 20 minutes during the final hour of posted business hours is frustrating and wastes customers’ time — especially when people are trying to make multiple stops before other stores close as well. If the store cannot consistently serve customers during that time, the posted hours should reflect that more accurately. UPDATE: Unfortunately, I’m updating my review because this has now happened a second time. I arrived today at approximately 1:00 PM, during the business’s advertised operating hours, only to find that the establishment was closed. There was a notice indicating that they would return at 2:00 PM. I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, but this is now the second time I have arrived during their posted business hours and found them closed. If your hours have changed or there are regular closures during the day, I strongly recommend updating the posted hours so customers can plan accordingly. I’ve attached photos from today showing that the business was closed when I arrived at 1:00 PM.
