  Amazing atmosphere and such helpful, friendly staff! A special shoutout to Mia, who was incredibly helpful and made our shopping experience so enjoyable. She helped us pick out outfits in the fitting room and was so patient and attentive. Thank you, We’ll definitely be back!

  I had such a lovely shopping experience today thanks to one of your team members. This was my first time visiting the store. Her name was Korina (limeridge Mall location) She was kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed. Her energy made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. I left not only with pieces I love, but with a smile. Thank you for having such amazing staff.

  Great prices, great designs, great quality, great reps. I initially came to the mall to shop at Laura but prices were out of the roof and I was leaving when I saw nice dresses at Windsor and popped in. The reps checked in on me all through esp Serena who both initiated and closed the deal.

  Olivia was such a big help when I was trying to find an outfit for tonight! She put together so many cute options and actually took the time to figure out what would look best on me. She has such a good eye for putting outfits together. Definitely recommend her if you need help finding something cute!

  I have been shopping at Windsor for years, especially when I have a special event or occasion coming up, and I always make the trip from Waterloo because I know I’m going to get the best experience. Serina is truly one of a kind. Every single time I see her working, I’m genuinely happy because I know she is going to be so helpful, welcoming and accommodating. She has helped me put together outfits from head to toe, takes the time to help me find the right sizing, and always has such great suggestions. She somehow makes finding the perfect outfit feel effortless! The store is also always absolutely immaculate. Everything is organized, neat, tidy and in its place, which makes such a difference when you’re shopping. After years of coming here for birthdays, special events and other occasions, Serina has become one of the reasons I continue to make the trip from Waterloo. She is an absolute asset to Windsor and deserves to be recognized for the amazing customer service she provides. Thank you, Serina, for always making me feel so welcome and helping me feel my absolute best! You are truly appreciated! ❤️
