  If I could give 0 Stars I would! I was told falsely that I would not receive any emails from this company after my purchase. I have received 15+?! I have used the unsubscribe button but they continue to come. Stop emailing me. No I won't ever go back any buy anything from you again. kthnxbai

  I wanted to buy a pair of shoes, but the only pair in my size was a scuffed floor model. The sales associate placed an online order for me for in store pickup, which arrived the next day. When I opened the packaged box, it contained the exact same dirty display shoes I had declined the day before. When I questioned this, the associate explained that orders automatically pull from existing store inventory unless a note is manually added to source from another location, which she had neglected to do when placing my order. Wrapping a display item in shipping materials to make it look like a fresh shipment was misleading and waste of my time. Not to mention being asked to sign for the pickup before I was permitted to inspect the contents was odd. I declined the offer to reorder and took a refund instead, but the lack of attention to detail and misleading fulfillment process felt deceptive and wasteful.

  They ask you for your email and phone number without explaining why. I was caught off guard and stupidly provided my email. The terminal prompts you and asks you if you want promotional material in your email, I tapped no. Not even an hour after my transaction I recieved 2 promotional emails. I unsubscribed, and emailed them to remove me from all their lists, I got a confirmation from a person. I've since recieved a total of 7 emails from them, and every time I'm reassured my email has been removed. Absolutely scummy contact info and marketing practices. Awful practice of bluntly asking for your email. Do not give them your contact info because this garbage company is absolutely scummy with the spam.

  Had the best experience recently yug was very helpful. He recommended my family and I to spray our shoes and it worked very well.

  Didn't have some of the shoes the twins wanted more shes but they never had thier size for other shoes they wanted but I did get them both some puma runners the female staff member was exhausting after suggesting 3 times to use there online ordering which I repeatedly said I don't do online ordering even again while cashing out made the experience frustrating
