  I just picked up my 2 pairs of sunglasses I had ordered online. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Totally forgot to ask his name though:) Great experience overall.

  Went yesterday for a pair of meta glasses and the guy helping me was so thoughtful and helpful!! Cannot recommend enough!

  Matt was incredibly helpful at this location. He guided me through the decision between repairing my existing pair of ray bans or buying a new pair. We landed on ordering a new pair and I cannot wait to pick them up when they come in! Thanks for working through the philosophy of the sentimental value of my existing pair - not what I expected coming in but was exactly what I needed.

  had a good overall experience at Sunglass Hut in Lime Ridge Mall, Hamilton. The salesperson was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process of choosing sunglasses smooth and easy. However, one thing that disappointed me was that the Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses I purchased were not cleaned before being handed over. I was in a hurry at the time, so I didn’t notice until I got home. In the past, when I purchased from the Mapleview location in Burlington, they made sure to properly clean the sunglasses using a cleaning kit before billing, which added a nice professional touch. It’s a small detail, but it really makes a difference in the overall experience. Hopefully, this location can maintain that same level of attention to detail going forward.
