- JPJessica PastorJun 11, 20261.0I went in today to exchange a bottom for a different size. I was greeted by a female Asian staff and I asked for help to exchange something online. She then turned around and said "okay, give me one second" and I thought she was coming back to help me .. I overheard her say.. " can someone help that person over there" .. I was helped by another staff which was willing to help me. I don't usually leave hostile reviews on stores such as this and I do understand the people traffic at the mall sometimes but this location inside the mall was not busy and there was only 1 if not 2 people browsing around. I am appalled by the customer service of this person ( Asian girl) and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Is this how you guys treat your customers that are spending hundreds of dollars of merchandise? If you are unhappy about your line of work then it's time to make a career change. The management also needs to take time to train and re-educate the whole staff and maybe have an in service on how to do a proper customer service care.

It’s like they will be losing their customer as we loved shopping from them. My husband is huge fan but anymore . That’s very disappointing
