My mom spent good money on an arrangement from this location thinking she was sending a thoughtful gift. What arrived was an absolute embarrassment. The fruit looked old, several pieces appeared bruised and dried out, and the arrangement was put together so carelessly that it looked like it had been thrown together at the last minute. It looked nothing like the photos advertised. What really pushed this from disappointing to infuriating was the way the staff handled the situation. When we reached out to voice our concerns, we were met with indifference and excuses. No apology, no genuine effort to make things right. Just an attitude that made it clear they couldn't care less once they had our money. It's honestly shocking that a business built around gifts and special occasions would treat customers this way! My mom was excited to send something meaningful, and instead she ended up feeling embarrassed and ripped off. Nobody should have to pay premium prices for such poor quality and terrible service. Save yourself the money, and go literally anywhere else.

Pineapple was hard and not sweet at all, strawberry’s were still white and maybe 2 of them had chocolate on them. You’re paying premium prices expecting at least good quality fruit, when it’s average at best. For what they charge, everything should be perfect (especially if you’re also going to expect a tip). Definitely not worth the money.
