I had never shopped at American Eagle in my life, I walked in and without help grabbed a couple pairs Of jeans to try on …I hated the way they looked. Before throwing in the towel, I asked the ladies working for Some help I only got one of their names, but they were both so kind and helpful. Isabella was amazing. She made me feel better about my choice and myself really. She listened to what I wanted it and recommended a pair for my shape. Thank you, Isabella for your help <3

Amazing customer service. I ordered something online which was not showing in the system. The associate helped us to locate the order and delivered the product then and there. It saved us a lot of time and effort. Very courteous and helpful customer service loved it
