    Not a welcoming experience at Tommy Hilfiger. We walked in but felt uncomfortable due to the lack of attention and inclusiveness, so we left shortly after.

However, once I began exploring the products more closely, a few concerns stood out. One noticeable aspect was that a large portion—if not all—of the products available in-store were labeled as made in India. Some shoppers are increasingly conscious about ethical sourcing and labor practices, and there have been broader concerns raised globally about unfair employment conditions and child labor in certain parts of the garment industry.     The cashier who was assisting us to check out, dealt with us very rudely. My partner felt the same way, for some reason, she was acting very arrogantly and a smudge on her face when she found out my partner is not a member of TOMMY’s loyalty program. Probably not coming back to this location. Wanted to escalate the situation there itself, but I didn’t wanted to make a big fuzz about it. Transaction date-29th march.

    Jessica and Brian at the Halton Hills location were a complete pleasure to deal with. Extremely helpful, honest and polite. I would highly recommend this location over the Heartland location where the staff is rude, condescending and extremely unpolite. I will never go to that location (Heartland) again but this location just redeems all the short falls that are very apparent in the other location and makes this brand shine.
