  Ridiculous experience. I placed an online order and when I came to pickup the item, the store associate cancelled it saying they are out of stock. Then she opened the cabinet later to find out they have it in stock and asking me to purchase again in store and wait for the refund to reflect. The experience was pathetic.

She patiently assisted us, explained everything clearly, and even helped us figure out the best offers available.   Abhilash was an excellent rep (and Manager). I went in to buy one pair of sunglasses and got three sheerly due to his customer service. Every time I thought I wouldn't be able to find what I wanted, there Abhilash was with a better recommendation than what we were looking for. Keep him at all costs. Phenomenal customer service.

  Bill number ( 13421872 RT0001)Very disappointed with our experience. We purchased two pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses, but after billing, we were given an old, worn-out box with none of the usual Ray-Ban accessories included. When we got home and opened the package, the sunglasses looked questionable and did not appear to match the quality we expected from genuine Ray-Ban products. This has left us concerned about the authenticity of the items. Poor customer service and a very disappointing purchase experience.
