  很糟糕的退货体验，他们收到货物后竟然要等14天才能处理好然后反钱到账户上，更可恶的是，当我在官网上看到他们收到退货物品时，竟然连一个邮件都不给我发，一点也不告诉我他们的进度，后边唯一发的两封邮件也是在我向他们客服发火他们看我实在急了后才发的。这是我在加拿大唯一一家退货返钱不好返的品牌，我不知道他们在这个服装市场上存在的意义是什么，也不知道他们为什么还能存活到现在。。。。 A terrible return experience. After receiving the merchandise, they actually took 14 days to process the return and refund the money to my account. What’s even worse is that when I saw on their official website that they had received the returned items, they didn’t even send me a single email—they didn’t give me any update on the progress at all. The only two emails they eventually sent were after I lashed out at their customer service and they realized I was really getting desperate. This is the only brand in Canada where getting a refund for a return has been such a hassle. I don’t know what their purpose is in the apparel market, nor do I understand how they’ve managed to stay in business this long...

  Update: The issue was resolved and also got an apology email from the district lead Michael Worona . Thank you for helping me out. I was overcharged for the item at store today and only realised it after reaching home . It was not worth the drive back to the store to get it rectified but felt wrong that it even happened.
