  Diya was very helpful, it was a very busy day and she seemed to be the only one cleaning up and taking care of the store, while others were chatting, paying no mind to customers. Diya is friendly and approaches customers with a big smile, showing great customer service. Diya helped me to find my shoe size for a pair of flats I wanted, and she directed me to exactly what I came in looking for promptly.

  Kamilah was very helpful when I came in. She recommended I purchase a Christina bag and the ladies from weekly girls brunch complimented me and seemed slightly envious even. Thank you Kamilah this is exactly the reaction I wanted.

  Had one of the worst shopping experiences. I was looking to buy a bag and asked a staff member named Diya for assistance. She initially told me the bag was out of stock but said she could place an online order for me. We agreed and waited for her to help us. Unfortunately, she never came back. After a few minutes, I noticed her helping another customer. What was even more disappointing was that she looked directly toward us several times, clearly saw that we were waiting, but simply walked away without saying anything or providing any update. We waited patiently and were completely ignored. A simple acknowledgment or letting us know there would be a delay would have been enough. Diya, this is feedback for the future customer service is about communication and respect. Because of this experience, the company has lost a customer. Very disappointing.
