  Really bad experience! I purchased over 500 CAD with over 8 items, and no one helped us. When I checked out, I found that some sales name was on my receipt! I asked the cashier to give me some small bags, she coldly refused and said that this was according to their protocol. She put all the purchase in two large bags. I explained to her that these were souvenirs and she reluctantly gave me two small ones. Well, if you want to get small souvenir bags in the future, I strongly suggest you shall separate all of your bills one by one so that they don’t have excuse to refuse and give them a little hard work to do their jobs right.

  This Michael Kors store refuses every email offer I receive, while the exact same offers work at Niagara Outlet, Tanger, Vaughan Mills, and other Michael Kors mall stores. The excuses change every time and the customer service is very rude. It feels completely disconnected from the rest of Michael Kors. Michael Kors is good, but NOT THIS LOCATION. This location deserves ZERO star.

  I visited today and was very happy with the service i received, and the crossbody bag i purchased. They always have amazing sale going on. And today I got a bag for $89 with tax, which was $450 regular price. I’m so happy with my purchase. The store is overall very clean, and amazing staff members who assisted me the entire time, since the time i walked into the store. Keep the good work up!
