  I have made a few purchases from this store & always experience exemplary customer service. My most recent experience def tops them! I simply called the store one day looking for a bag & Brian, the Assistant Manager, didn’t have the exact bag but went above & beyond texting & sending me pics of similar bags. He made sure that the had options that he was happy with. When I visited the store to make my purchase, Brian was not there but the Sales Consultants also mimiced the exemplary service that I absolutely love about this store. The selection & quality of products available at various price points also allows me to always find what I need. This store never disappoints!

  I went to Marc Jacobs to buy a black purse and as soon as I walked in I saw the perfect purse! I have never owned a pièce by Marc Jacobs so I asked the staff member at the door for help. Melanie was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly and even was so kind as to educate me on the Marc Jacobs brand and its heritage . Overall it was a wonderful experience and I am really impressed with the service I received .

  I called to inquire about a tote. I spoke with a sales associate named Anya. She was so patient and kind on the phone, confirmed prices of various sizes, then offered to send me a photo of the bag to make sure it was the correct colour I was looking for. She did not make me feel rushed and offered excellent customer service even while over the phone. Anya put the bag I wanted on hold and insured the sale price was honoured when I could make it in the store a few days later!
