  I called to inquire about a tote. I spoke with a sales associate named Anya. She was so patient and kind on the phone, confirmed prices of various sizes, then offered to send me a photo of the bag to make sure it was the correct colour I was looking for. She did not make me feel rushed and offered excellent customer service even while over the phone. Anya put the bag I wanted on hold and insured the sale price was honoured when I could make it in the store a few days later!

  I recently contacted the Marc Jacobs outlet store at Halton Hills Premium Outlets to speak with a sales representative (Ashanti) about making a purchase over the phone. She was extremely helpful, responding promptly to all my text messages and making the entire shopping process smooth and convenient. I highly recommend this service for customers who live far away — it’s an excellent way to shop remotely with great support.

  I like this store . The sale associate are so nice there. Especially, the Asian lady call Lina, she is so helpful and patient . I will come again👏🏻

  Horrible location, the two employees seem more interested talking on their personal phone and on the computer than serving customers. Can't grab their attention even though only one in their store.
