  Great Lululemon location. They had everything on my list in stock, and Jessica made the trip easy. She went in the back a few times to grab the right sizes, attended to my needs and created a unique experience. Patient, fun, and knew the products well. One of the better Lululemon stores I’ve been to. If you happen to be there and need a hand be sure to ask for Jessica!

  I had a such a fantastic experience at lululemon at Toronto Premium Outlets. Shoutout to Kate! She was extremely helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond for me, even though it was super busy. She was incredibly patient and made sure I was happy with my purchase. It's rare to find such dedication and genuine customer care these days.

  I visited this location today, and while most of the staff were friendly, I had a very unpleasant experience with one specific employee. She was a White girl with brown hair, wearing a green skirt and a red belt bag. When I asked her to clarify a price discrepancy between the price tag and the display sign, she looked annoyed and gave a half-hearted answer. She then looked me up and down, and completely ignored me when I said thank you before walking away. Having visited many Lululemon locations, I have never encountered this kind of behavior, and it left me incredibly taken aback. As I continued shopping, I couldn't help but notice her interactions with others. Despite the store being filled with customers of diverse backgrounds, she was "specifically" and "noticeably" friendly and smiling only toward customers of her own race. This kind of selective customer service is deeply disappointing for a global brand in a multicultural city like Toronto. In this day and age, microaggressions toward customers should not be tolerated. Discrimination isn’t just about ignorant remarks like "go back to your country." Customers can feel it through eye contact, body language, gestures, and tone of voice. Unless Lululemon is a brand exclusive to a specific race, proper staff training is urgently needed.
