  impolite staff, I was in the shop before their closing time looking around and the staff kept coming up to me and followed me around the store telling me I can’t be here and that I needed to leave until I left even though I was already in the store before their closing time. They have to learn how to respect customers

  Beware of this Total fraud location. Manager of this store seems a sketchy guy with no manners on how to talk to a customer. My refund was done though a gift card which I went to use it I was told transaction didn’t go through. Then started asking for a physical card. I provided them with card numbers and bar code which they asked for initially but somehow they keep making excuses. This is open fraud not letting customers use their own money. Manager made a personal comment saying you are asking a ‘funny question ‘ and was highly dismissive of my issue. Avoid this location.

  A warning to customers, please check your receipts over carefully. I went in for a simple purchase of 3 items and noticed an issue with the final pricing on the receipt. After multiple attempts between 2 employees and over 30 minutes later, the pricing was still wrong. The only options I was given were either “It’s an error caused by the check-out system so we can’t do anything about it” or “Refund the entire purchase”. Although the pricing difference was only a few dollars, what matters more is the principle. How long has Calvin Klein overcharged customers by a few dollars? This amount certainly adds up over time. A really disappointing shopping experience as almost being scammed is never a comfortable feeling.

  I suspect there’s some kind of fraud at this location. When I made my purchase, the cashier shared with me I have two vouchers on my account ($5 and $10), however they couldn’t be applied as my item was not eligible, and I decided to save them for next time. 30 and 40 minutes later, I received two e-receipts for items I did not buy and both vouchers were redeemed, one per transaction. I’m deeply concerned by the unethical behaviour of the staff. It’s obvious who had my account info opened and knew I have vouchers available for redemption.

  I stopped by this location recently for the first time and I wanted to give recognition to Rehana for her excellent customer service. She was quick at checkout, but never made anyone feel rushed. She greeted customers with a smile, was easy to talk to, and made the whole checkout process enjoyable. Definitely coming back!
