  Wanted to leave a review for a young lady named Guni at your Toronto Premium Outlets store. My wife and I stopped in during Mother's Day weekend and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very polite, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She helped my wife find the exact jeans she was looking for and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. You don't see customer service like that too often anymore, especially from someone so young. Very well spoken, friendly, and reliable every time we've come in. We actually came back another day and noticed she wasn't there, then returned yesterday and were happy to see her working again. Beautiful young girl with great attitude and work ethic. Great job Guni, we'll definitely be back again, hope to see you. Sincerely Richard & Michelle.

  Lucas, Juan, and Hailey were amazing! Great shopping experience at American Eagle Outfitters. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection of styles. The staff were super friendly and helpful without being pushy, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. Found exactly what I was looking for, and the quality is always solid. Definitely one of my go-to stores.

  Thanks to Jessica and rehimma I want to sincerely thank the American Eagle team for their honesty and professionalism. My aunt accidentally lost her purse in the store, and when we returned about an hour later, the employees had safely picked it up and secured it. After confirming her ID, they returned everything to us intact. We are extremely grateful — their integrity and helpful attitude truly saved us. Excellent customer service!

  So i went to the store yoday and its my go to store for shopping and I had the worst experience, the girl with glasses on cash was so disrespectful, full of attitude, i suggest she should be home if she hates her job, cz thats not the way u treat customers. Never visiting this location again
