  Terrible customer service. They didn’t take a security tag off, which I didn’t notice until I was packing for a trip and needed the item for an outfit. When I returned (having been unable to wear it), I had to find the time to get back to the location, which isn’t close to my house. I asked if they would do anything for their error and wasting my time I didn’t even get an apology from the manager who clearly couldn’t care less. Online was also terrible as they wouldn’t take it as a return bc I bought it in store (I wasn’t able to mail it in for a return) So, stuck with an unusable item and not even a “we’re sorry, here’s a $10 GC for all the hassle and time-wasting we caused.” No wonder physical stores are closing.

  So helpful. Store was neat and so great to shop in, I appreciate the good lighting. The staff was so friendly and approachable. I was completely at a loss when I went in and it was nice to be greeted so kindly.

  My friend found lots of good stuff for herself. The sales were good but most of the Aerie stores have similar sales. So if you plan on making the trip just for the sales I guess it’s be worth it. The staff were friendly and they greeted us at the door and told us about the deals and sales. She was super sweet about letting us know and she also asked if we needed help looking for anything specific.
