  I was looking for shoes yesterday evening and having a hard time finding my size with the various boxes. There were 2 staff in the store. The store was definitely not busy. Not once did either of them offer any assistance to me or come over to see if I was finding what I needed. Whatever happened to customer service ? Is this not part of their job? Very disappointing!! Will not return.

  Never seen a store so unorganized call me to tell me my order is ready. Only half of it is ready. Drove a half hour for nothing standing there at the counter two girls giggling and laughing together getting paid to socialize Don’t even ask if I need help. Do better.!
