  Never seen a store so unorganized call me to tell me my order is ready. Only half of it is ready. Drove a half hour for nothing standing there at the counter two girls giggling and laughing together getting paid to socialize Don’t even ask if I need help. Do better.!

  is there no standard for physical appearance of shoes before having them shipped out ? i checked the shipping address after receiving my order and the location sent out these shoes without even wiping them down. the soles look worn, there’s a long nasty hair strand on the side & splashes of what looks like food ? on the side of the white soles. this is unacceptable and disgusting. all these flaws are solvable, absolutely no care.

  I purchased 2 pairs of shoes here 2 days ago. I was in a rush and trying several pairs of shoes on, going back and forth, and not making up my mind. The store Manager was absolutely amazing. He put shoes away while I tried on other pairs, he found me sizes. He was kind, patient, and his level of customer service was beyond. I actually didn't even realize it was the Store Manager because he was on the floor interacting with everyone and being so helpful. When I went to pay I saw his name tag and noticed his title. Wonderful human, great experience. Highly recommend this store.

  If you want exceptional customer service and best knowledge and recommendations for shoes go see Madison Assistant Manager. I was over charged for shoes at Shoe Company at Heartland Town Center by there mistake and so I came to Shoe Company in Guelph and advised Madison of the issue. She took complete ownership of the mistake even though she was not responsible for it, and provided amazing customer service and found me the shoes I required. I highly reccomend this store location specifically for all your shoe needs !! THANK YOU MADISON !!
