  Extremely rude and unprofessional staff at the fitting area. I simply asked where to put the clothes I didn’t want, and the employee responded with a rude attitude and disrespectful facial expressions. Very disappointing customer service. American Eagle should provide better training and think carefully about who represents their brand.

  Gia was beyond patient & helpful with my daughters first purchase of jeans. We probably tried 20 pairs on and she took the time to listen to an 11 year old indecisive kid. Appreciate the help! ❤️

  Really great help at the cash register, I came in over a week ago to find my son jeans and we weren't sure of his size exactly and in store the size wasn't available to try on in the jeans. Gunni (I hope I'm spelling her name right, I'm sorry if I'm not!!) was very helpful and ordered us the jeans online in his size and now that I've received the item it fits perfectly on him!! Thank you so much Gunni!

  Very disappointing experience at this A&E location. I was overcharged for two sale items (charged regular price instead of the marked sale price). When I returned to get it corrected, an associate told me that if I wanted my refund, I had to stand in the checkout line again. I had already waited in a long line, it was close to closing time, and my 6-month-old baby was outside with my husband waiting. Since the mistake was not mine, I asked for a manager. The cashier, Santy (cashier ID: EW0734), provided poor customer service from the start. He did not greet me and was distracted while scanning my items, communicating with another associate through the store device. While I was waiting for the manager, Santy approached me. As I calmly explained the overcharge, he said, “What are you arguing about?” and accused me of having an attitude. I was not arguing—I was simply explaining a billing mistake. He also claimed he did not understand the issue, even though it was very clear. His response felt dismissive and disrespectful. The other two associates I interacted with during my visit also came across as uninterested and unhelpful. The manager, who was standing right beside him at the other checkout and heard the interaction, stepped in, resolved the issue, and apologized. I appreciate her professionalism. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and mistakes should be handled professionally!!
