  Disappointing customer service experience. When we visited on October 2, there were four staff members in the store and no other customers. Unfortunately, no one greeted us or offered any assistance. One staff member was on the phone in a corner, while the other three were engaged in conversation with each other. We understand staff may have other responsibilities, but we would have appreciated a simple greeting and some acknowledgment as customers. Hopefully, the store can improve the level of customer service going forward.

  Witnessed an altercation today between the workers at this store and an irate customer(rachel), I heard her vow to leave a bad review so I sought to give a perspective as someone from the line! She was so rude to the girls despite them shutting down one lineup to sort her issue out, getting managers at her request and they were so apologetic from the start. We had to wait as she held the line up and became increasingly angry at the young cashier due to some mixup I believe but I did hear them giving her the avenues and channels to fix it but she got even angrier saying she didn’t wanna do that and ultimately she left and came back, they were ready to assist again and she demanded to go infront of us who had already been waiting and was denied. She then started saying its the cashiers fault and then I heard her saying she was being bullied which was far from the truth. She stormed out after her temper tantrum.

  I would give zero star. The girls working in the store and manger were very rude. They made mistakes and they gave customer so much extra work. They don’t even apologize but use the excuse they are all human add bully the customer to get back to long line to show that they have power over customers

  Yesterday between 8:50- 8:55 Pm: One of the cashier was careless and disrespectful, and the other just didn’t open her mouth with greeting, asking for payment, or said a single word, just looking both to each others and giving me a d.. look. When I came home I realised that they didn’t even bother to remove the metal tag from the clothes, and now I have to pay for their attitude and negligence. ( I have the receipt).
