  Kaleff is king!!! Amazing customer service at Sporting Life in Sherway Gardens. Wanted 2 of the same colour Kuma camping chairs but inventory only said 1 in stock. We went to cash with 2 different colours and Kallef met us as the cash with the 2nd one in the colour we wanted!!!

  Went to Sporting Life Sherway Gardens the other night wanting to buy some baseball caps for summer. Eunice was very helpful and patient checking prices for us. Happy with 2 Adidas caps for myself and 1 Arc'teryx Bird cap for my husband. Shout out to Eunice for her great customer service!

  I had a really great experience at the shoe section of Sporting Life Sherway Gardens today. The selection of shoes was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and patient while helping me find the right pair. Everyone was friendly, professional, and never made me feel rushed. The store was also very clean and well organized, which made shopping much easier. Definitely one of the better places to shop for athletic and everyday shoes. Highly recommended.

  Great store but the equipment department needs some serious help. Employees have no clue what is what there, most likely have no training so it’s not their fault but how about the expert service tech who is in charge of all maintenance? Might be worse. I have bought 3 bikes from this location in the last 2 years and nothing has changed. First the two adult bikes where I had to wait 2 hours for a 30 minute “PDI inspection”. Only to find out nothing was adjusted or even inspected. Brakes didn’t work properly, visible scratched paint, brake line not inside the frame where it’s suppose to be, etc. This time around was even worse when I purchased a kids bike and double checked everything with the sales person and told them what to adjust and after being told to come back in 30 minutes, I came back in an hour and the “tech” wasn’t done with this children’s bike yet. So we waited another 20 minutes and I kid you not, they did nothing. I was pulling the brake in for the rear and it wasn’t braking, front pads rubbing and such. I told them to take it back and have this adjusted, to which they said oh let’s try ourselves lol they had no clue what they were doing. Finally the “tech” who is an expert in all things sports came back after another 20 minutes of waiting and 5 minutes later told the sales team to tell me this is how the bike is from the manufacturer and to bring it back if there’s any issues since we get a free 1 year service. What a joke! I couldn’t wait any longer. Tired and frustrated we took the bike and told the cashier to let the manger know about this but I figured it was only right to write this after spending thousands on bikes and not getting any service or customer service. Lots of room for improvement, you’re selling expensive gear and you’ve hired someone who can’t do something extremely basic and takes hours for a PDI. Floor persons who have no clue what they are talking about and cannot help. They just smile and act confused lol
