Outstanding Customer Service from Ruhee! Management team, please recognize that Ruhee is one of the best retail staff members I’ve ever encountered. I walked in feeling a little overwhelmed, and although all the staff—including Ruhee—seemed very busy, she took the time to pause what she was doing and help me with such genuine attention and care. She was not only knowledgeable and helpful with the products and sizing, but she also took the time to personally show me the different pieces I needed for my mountain adventure. Her patience, enthusiasm, and dedication really stood out. Someone who genuinely cares about customers and represents the company in such a positive way should absolutely be appreciated and recognized. Ruhee made my experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Ruhee!

Had a nice gentleman (Ayman) help me find the perfect pair of sneakers that were functional, confortable and stylish. He was super patient, knowledgeable and made my experience great. Went with an OC option after returning the same brand but different style!

The store was clean and organized with lots of variety to choose from in each sport. Jeff was able to help me find the right running shoe I needed for my race. Very patient and knowledgeable in all the shoes, definitely coming back!

Shout out to Gerald at Sporting Life @Sherway Gardens! He was patient and very helpful with my parents who are almost 90 years old! Even though the store was short staffed, he impressed us with continuous flow of sweaters and jackets. Thank you 🙏🏼

Never order online and do the pick up at store. Apparently what they do when they can’t find their own stock, they will advise you is either wait or they cancel the order so they are off the hook for providing customer services. Either the pick up at store option for sporting lie is completely a fraudulent advertisement or someone failed to do their job properly.
