  If i have 10 ⭐️ Ravleen was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire experience. She made everything easy and stress-free with her patience and excellent customer service. Tristan was equally amazing — very friendly, efficient, and attentive to every detail. His positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out. Both Ravleen and Tristan are outstanding employees and a huge asset to the company.

  I had such a wonderful experience today at Sporting Life thanks to Jeyran. She helped me choose a pair of running shoes, and what stood out most was how sincere, kind, and genuinely honest she was throughout the whole process. There was no pressure, no “sales” energy — just real guidance, patience, and care. You can feel when someone truly wants to help you make the right choice, and that was exactly my experience with her. I left not only with great shoes, but genuinely feeling good about the interaction itself. Thank you, Jeyran. People like you make a difference. 💫

  My go to store for sports equipment and apparel. I have bought numerous items here including my skis and ski boots which was a great experience and also running and hiking shoes. Whenever Jeyran is working in the shoe department I usually walk out with a pair of new shoes because she takes her time to bring out different pairs and explain the difference. It really helps you make an informed purchase and is a great experience. Rest assured if Jeyran is working you will be taken great care of. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful as well!

  Willo was the sale representative of the store, as a Dad with no experience of swim suits items for a child that wears woman size , She was there willo to step in and help me and educate me related to size reading and converting into letter size. I am just a regular dad, I arrived at home as the best Dad ever lol. She was patient enough to listen to me and understand what was my task. Thank Mrs Willo

  On April 17, 2026 late afternoon, I dropped by at the Burlington Sporting Life store and bought a combo of Reigning Champ jogger and hoodie using a private sale $50 off coupon. Tried at home with my wife's help but didn't like the fit thus decided to exchange the the jogger with a different fit and to grab other items instead of the hoodie. While trying at home, the Reigning Champ's thick hard cardboard price tags were too bothersome so I removed the tags (it was removable without cutting them off and reattacheable) and put them in the pockets. Didn't know this will bring a big problem for me at the Sporting Life Sherway Gardens the next day. The next morning, with a big help from Jozef, I was able to grab all the items from the Reigning Champ as well as Municipal brands. At the cashier 112780, I asked if the $50 coupon would work again. The cashier 112780 wasn't sure so she called up a manager-like old lady (don't know her name) to the cashier's desk. The manager-like old lady wasn't sure either. Instead, she began to throughly inspect the hoodie and jogger in and out accusing me of removing the tags. She also pointed out some stitches implying seams were worn out due to heavy use during the time of my possession showing it to the cashier 112780. It seemed the manager-like old lady thought that I was returning the items after a month of abuse. She stressed out several times "unworn". She treated me like a return policy abuser. Fortunately It seemed the cashier 112780 didn't agree. I was so appalled and speechless under such an insane situation. What could I have done to those Reigning Champ's jogger and hoodie overnight? Jogging all night long rolling and rubbing the gound? I just tried on a couple of times during my 18 hour possession including sleeping time. The manager-like old lady suddenly disappeared, maybe after knowing that the items were bought yesterday, and cashier 112780 quietly finished the transaction and gave me the receipt. But the damage was already done to my mental peace. The manager-like old lady just ruined my day including my favorite Chipotle lunch at the food court. I am still really curious about what was on her mind. Maybe she was doing her job as a good hunter for the Sporting Life owner.
