  Melanie had such a beautiful smile as we entered the store. You don’t find many people getting much anymore. Lydia was also friend and helpful. Thank you for your wonderful customer service

  I often but shoes from this store. Although they are a bit pricier than say Marshall's, they always have such a great variety an lots of kids shoes for every taste. Today an associate named Lydia really helped me to figure out their rewards program and made sure I am using my rewards. I've been a customer of this store for at least 5 years, and Lydia is the best associate I've delt so far, very kind, patient and informative. This type of treatment makes me want to come back and recommend this store to my friends. Well done DSW and Lydia

  Small DSW, less variety of shoes.

  They now put only one shoe in the box, so now you always have to wait for staff to get the other one from the back. The lines are much longer, and it took me 20 minutes in line just to buy 2 shoes.
