- DMDonna M3 days ago1.0We put shorts on hold on a Sunday They said it was buy 1 get 1free . We came in Monday They did not honour the buy one get one. Apparently they are not aware of promotion changes. That is not right for the customer

She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and her thoughtful notes and reminders for future visits were such a nice touch. Sydney made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable— I highly recommend her!

- CAClaire AJun 22, 20265.0I shopped here this weekend and had a really pleasant experience. Am super thankful for Emma and Stephanie in Arie who helped me find the right bra size for me. They were very friendly and helpful and I am glad they were there to help me. I ended up taking advantage of a two for $75 promotion they had for their wireless push up bras. The bras are very comfortable. I didn’t get the name of the girl who helped me in American Eagle but she was nice too! I was greeted upon entering both stores and the staff were all attentive without being pushy.

I was the only customer in the store, and NOBODY acknowledged me. Nobody said hello, nobody asked to help. One woman this morning literally cut me off and stood in my way as I browsed the store. I went into wanted a specific set, but they made me feel sooo uncomfortable I left and bought a set at Abercrombie instead. Really disappointing!
