  This location is new for me, and I just finished being helped by the MOST WONDERFUL person ever! I walked (with my puppy 🐶) in to a big huge friendly welcoming from KACEY! Even though she was already helping someone, I felt noticed and acknowledged id be up soon. She was such a joy to work with; quick, fun, actually willing to assist, and great conversation. Im a girl i love to gab, she was for it all while also being 100% professional might I add. I came in for a quick vape and flower purchase the normal. After leaving I noticed my vape was not working (obviously my battery.) When I came back in she was quick to make sure there was not issues. I let her know my problem, and right away fixed my solution; all while giving me a colour choice too (nice touch 🫰). See that's not where she stopped though. Kacey came outside with me to MAKE SURE it was the battery and not the cart, even teaching me the commands; this one was a bit more high tech then my last one. This alone, made my day! More than she probably would ever know. But the customer service itself, was above and beyond. This is the stuff that makes a life time customer now. Just the time it took her to not only make sure I left happy, but just her KINDNESS. Was something I needed more than ever today, and I cannot be more greatful. It took nothing from her to just be KIND, and HELPFUL; but to me it ment the WORLD especially after my day! I just want to say thank you to her for doing something that made someones whole day change. 🫶😊 I hope everyone gets the pleasure to work with her! And to Pop's ty for hiring only THE BEST.

  Terrible service at the end of the night last night. The cashier was more concerned about closing the store than selling product. She was not willing to do a search for a cheaper product before the store closed. The prices went up from the last time I was there. So, I stated if you are not going to search for a cheaper product at least discount it. She said 'No'. I had only enough to cover the previous price, which was a difference of one dollar. Just for context, I had $6.69, which I showed her. The previous price was $5 and now was $6, so I'm literally short less than ten cent with tax. (Side note, there a time where cashier had to know how to do basic math, but I guess these days it's not a requirement.) Then she was rude about. I stated I would go get the difference in cash in the car. She was like only if you get back in time. There wasn't, it was 10:58PM. Otherwise, I would have ran back to my car for ten cent. I made it clear I was going to give a bad review and she said "Go ahead". Then I said "you're gonna lose business", so she respond 'we are losing business anyway'. So, if this is the type of people you want to hire, then you can expect to go out of business. Just some more context: At any other location that sell cannabis or alcohol and it's almost 11:00PM, they will at least attempt to put the purchase through. If the purchase terminal does not finish the transaction before 11:00PM, then you don't get the product. This person didn't even want to attempt a search, let alone just give me ten cent off (if not a discount). So, as stated you got my review.

  Stopped in by fluke on my way home today. The manager was awesome, such good vibes and helpful, found me something good and we had a couple laughs! Thank you again!

  By far my favorite pot store. Staff have always been extremely helpful and pleasant. Can always ask for recommendations and get great results.
