  I like this store overall, but one of the customer service representatives, a blonde woman, was quite rude. We were looking at the perfumes and didn't realize we had to ask for assistance first. Instead of explaining it politely, she came over and told us she needed to stay behind the counter, which felt unnecessary and unfriendly. She also seemed to be staring at customers, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. It honestly made me want to leave without buying anything. A little kindness goes a long way.

  Great store with high-quality merchandise. Eva was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face. She was patient, understanding, and provided outstanding customer service, making our shopping experience even more enjoyable. Her friendly attitude truly made the visit extra special. I would definitely recommend this store!

  I visited this store on May 24, 2026 with my child, who was sitting buckled in a stroller eating a small snack. Before I was even greeted, a tall blonde staff member wearing white immediately approached me and told me that if my child dropped anything, I would need to clean it up. She also told me that no food is allowed in the store because children might touch and damage the clothing while eating. At the time, my child was fully strapped into the stroller and not touching anything. Even after acknowledging that, she continued making comments about food and repeated that I would need to clean up after my child if anything fell. She then said, “I’m a grandma too, I understand.” I found this interaction rude, unnecessary, and extremely unprofessional. Instead of greeting a customer politely, your employee immediately made assumptions and treated me like I was already a problem before I had even stepped into the store properly. I was so uncomfortable and shocked by the way I was approached that I turned around and left the store. I understand that some parents may not clean up after their children, but it is unfair and disrespectful to assume every parent will behave that way. Customers should not be treated based on negative assumptions or previous experiences with other people. I would also like clarification regarding this so-called “no food in-store” policy. Is this an official company policy, or is this something certain employees or managers are deciding to enforce on their own? I have over 10 years of experience in customer service, mostly in luxury retail, and I have never treated a customer this way in my life. Ralph Lauren seriously needs to train managers and sales associates better. Customers should never be made to feel unwelcome, judged, or disrespected the moment they walk into a store. Every interaction should begin with basic courtesy and professionalism, not assumptions and attitude. Never going back.

  The staff is amazing but the manager Dan should not be in service industry at all . Extremely hostile and does not know how to interact in a situation.
