- PLPatricia LeslieSep 14, 20265.0I was in the store today to do an exchange and had the best experience with some of the nicest staff I have ever dealt with in a Sports Store. They were all extremely accommodating, friendly and excellent sales people! I like the small town feel of shopping at a Brand name "usually city location" store. Well done Sporting Life Collingwood! If you're in the market for an AMAZING Barbour jacket for a trip to Scotland and England these folks can hook you up! Thank you again! Great customer service!!!!!

- CLCostula LadasSep 5, 20265.0I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the evening staff at Sporting Life in Collingwood on September 4, 2026 for the incredible kindness and compassion they showed me. I had unfortunately broken my foot on the sidewalk a few streets away and made my way into the store while I was in quite a bit of pain and distress. From the moment I arrived, the staff were genuinely concerned about me and went above and beyond to offer support, reassurance, and kindness. What could have been a frightening and overwhelming experience was made so much easier because of the way they treated me. Their patience, warmth, and genuine care meant more than they probably realize. It’s not every day that you encounter people who are willing to stop what they’re doing and truly look after a stranger in need. A heartfelt thank you to the evening team at Sporting Life Collingwood on September 4, 2026. Your compassion and humanity made a difficult situation a little less scary, and I will always remember your kindness. Sporting Life is very fortunate to have such wonderful people on its team.
