  I was at the Tommy store smart centers Cambridge with my family. We are visibly a blended family. I noticed immediately up on entering the store the staff seemed unhappy to be there . They were unhelpful , didn't bother to tell us about the sale nor did they offer us a shopping bag or to take my items as my hands were full. There were 2 girls standing at the cash. I walked up to the one cash and the girl ignored me and walked away. I figured someone would come soon to cash me out . I waited over 10 minutes and noone came. I notice the other girl still at the cash helping others in her line and asked her why im not being served . She stated that im standing in the exchange and return only line (which there is no sign saying so) .i stated that it would have been good to know 10 minutes ago. The girl that originally left was standing at the back of the cash desk hearing all of it and giving us a dirty look the entire time we were there. My spouse pointed out the fact that we seemed to be being treated differently from everyone else in the store (who are all of south Asian decent i assume) and the girl yelled thats not it you just weren't in the right line. As we are having this conversation there are now other people lined up at the "returns only " cash register and the girl who ignored me is CASHING THEM OUT ! I just wanted to get out there so i left it alone and was waiting for her to finish ringing in my items( over 600$ worth) . We get to the end she asks if im a member which i am. She puts in the wrong amount for a discount. I said to her" isn't it supposed to be 20 percent extra for members , thats why I got the membership" . She says she is getting her supervisor as she wont deal with me anymore. I said fine. I waited another 5 minutes before being told ill have to wait another 5 minutes for the supervisor to come. After the treatment we had received and watching them cash out others in the same til I got ignored at I said screw this and left with NOTHING. I have NEVER been treated so badly in my entire life and will NEVER be shopping at the Cambridge location again. It made the guess store super happy tho as they got my 600$ sale instead. Lol. RETRAIN YOUR STAFF FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this location. The store manager’s behavior is not customer-friendly and makes the shopping environment uncomfortable. There seems to be inconsistent policies being enforced, which is confusing and frustrating. Overall, the management quality here is disappointing.
