  I had an outstanding experience at Raffi Jewellers and especially wanted to thank Alison for going above and beyond. Alison had reached out to let me know one of my dream watches had become available. I ended up arriving only about 10 minutes before closing, and despite that, she still made the entire experience feel relaxed, welcoming, and genuinely special. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process, and never once made me feel rushed. You can tell she truly values her clients and focuses on building long-term relationships rather than simply making a sale. Purchasing a Rolex is a memorable milestone, and Alison made the experience feel exactly as it should — exciting, seamless, and personal. I’m extremely grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend asking for Alison if you visit Raffi. Looking forward to working with her again in the future!

  I’d like to give a shout out to Ishaan, who made my experience excellent for the online purchase. He took initiative on making sure I was kept in the loop regarding my purchase which had been ‘stuck’. Prior, no one else was giving me clear answers as to what happened to my order and was ping ponged from one person to another. He def made the 2 star experience a 5 star.

  Dreadful customer service, put my Rolex in for service in January with estimated return of March, March came and went so I called as was told it takes as long as it takes. End of April I went into enquire then I’m told waiting for a part from Geneva but surprise surprise it just happened to turn up the next day. Got it back today, yes it looks great, $1300. cost and when I said about the awful service just got a shrug. Do better Raffi.

  We visited the shop today in search of a pair of diamond stud earrings. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who was very helpful but ultimately were passed off to a lady who seemed somewhat uninterested with our purchase. She took a call on her cell phone during our interaction which I thought was rather unprofessional for a high end store like Raffi. She didn’t seem very interested in our business and like she had somewhere else more important to be. We said we would take a few minutes to discuss the purchase amongst ourselves and let her know. After discussing and making a decision, she was gone, as was all of the other sales staff. Just kind of scratched my head because we had decided which earrings to buy but now there was no one to sell it to us. We ended up just leaving. Not like the store was busy either; I didn’t see any other customers in the main floor showroom area. It’s a stark contrast to our first visit to Raffi where my Wife and I had a great experience purchasing a beautiful Roberto Coin piece for her - service was exceptional. This was last year. Not sure what has changed. Sucks because our first experience at Raffi was great, and my wife’s necklace is gorgeous but this visit was a waste of time. If you guys don’t want our money, we can just take it elsewhere. Kind of an odd business practice but whatever.
