  I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Raffi in Cambridge. They make the entire experience enjoyable and always make me feel valued. What started off as me just wanting to visit a single location that carried so many brands of watches and high quality crafted jewellery has turned into so much more. They have become amazing friends. Keep up the amazing work guys….all the best and thank you for everything.

  Yesterday I came to buy a watch from the Rolex dealer but was immediately shut down with negativity, There was not much for sale and was greeted by a man who looked like he was inconvenienced by our presence and I read his negative body language and very quickly realised he didn’t want to sell us anything. So I ended up buyng a JLC from another Location instead of a Rolex.The experience lasted about 10 minutes.

  Drove down from Brampton to visit this location, drive was about an hour and a half with traffic. The experience I had made it worth it. Incredible service, incredible atmosphere and an incredible collection. Had the absolute pleasure of working with Josi, super professional but at the same time extremely bright and energetic. My Fiance and I came in to get me a watch for our wedding. I ended up walking out with 2 watches. The experience was so good i told friends and family and ended up going again a week later with my cousin where we worked with Eshan. Walked out with 5 watches between the two of us. Again incredible service with a vast knowledge in watches! Raffi also goes an extra mile by having the ability to chat with the sales associate that helped you, Josi has been amazing in answering questions and scheduling visits via text. Having that connection makes the experience more personal which is always great. Cannot thank Josi enough for scheduling visits and making sure im taken care of when shes not around (connecting us with Eshan when she wasnt working). Cannot recommend enough, will be going back and doing my watch shopping exclusively here. Looking forward to working with Josi and Eshan more in the future!
