No way to contact via telephone. Frustrating service and company with bad customer service. Amazon has better communication in place. Better off shopping off Amazon and can get better service. Which is probably the point, to drive customers to online and we never leave our house.

Got new boots for myself, my son, and my daughter this weekend. The customer service was 100 starts, especially by Emily. It was super busy because they had a big sale, but she handled the chaos like a pro.
I had to do an exchange too, and she helped me through it all while giving orders to the rest of the team on how to handle different customers, display shelves, etc.
I love buying shoes from this company, but this experience just made me a loyal customer.

I've always liked The Shoe company and the reason is you get great deals here the whole year, you don't have to wait for Black Friday or boxing day
