  The staff at the Burlington, Ontario Sunglass Hut were beyond phenomenal! They helped me get through a problematic situation and invested a good chunk of their time with me! Shootout to staff member Olivia, and forgive me I forget the red head manager's name, and a third gentleman whom I think his name is something like Logan? (White male, dark brown hair) All 3 of these individuals were so professional, kind, and dedicated to assisting my needs. God bless them and thank you again for the patience and persistentcy with helping me get sunglasses!

From the moment I spoke with her, she made the experience easy and stress-free. Lee went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and made me feel like a valued customer.   Had an issue with a pair of glasses, came to mapleview for a Sunday afternoon and walked away with a pair of defunct shades. Leigh, the manager was a breath of fresh air to deal with, quick diligent and even went as far as to reach out to a Sunglass Hut closer to me, just so I wouldn’t have to drive there for a replacement. Customer care is clearly a priority and I’ll be making sure to grab more glasses next time I come to Mapleview. Knowing full well that they will take care and make sure their customers leave with what they wanted while looking stylish as they do.
