  Visited Burlington on a Saturday and stopped by Sporting Life at Mapleview Mall to shop for a jacket for my toddler. The experience turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Nathan was especially amazing with our little one — so friendly and genuinely great with kids. He kept my toddler entertained the entire time, which made shopping so much easier and more enjoyable! Another staff member (I believe her name was Kelly) truly went above and beyond. She even brought out additional stock that had already been put away just to give us more options to choose from. Every recommendation she showed us was beautiful, and we ended up finding the perfect Patagonia jacket for our child. Excellent customer service, wonderful people, and such a positive atmosphere overall. Experiences like this are why we love visiting Burlington!

  Amazing customer service from Nada in the shoe department! She was super helpful, patient, and honestly made the whole shopping experience so much easier. Helped me find exactly what I needed and had such a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell she actually cares about customers. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had shopping here!

  Visited the store on Friday afternoon and Matteo helped me out with the shoes. He was super knowledgeable, suggested a bunch of different pairs for me to try, and was really patient the whole time. Also just very personable and easy to talk to. I’ve worn the shoes a few times now and love them, perfect pick.

  Willow helped me find hiking pants, found me some options to try and helped me with sizing. I just wore them on a hike and they were perfect!!

  Great experience today buying Holka running shoes. Cameron, my sales expert was extremely patient and helpful. I wear size 5.5 and was very limited in my selection. Cameron introduced me to kids Holka’s that fit perfectly and offered way more selections to choice from. I was delighted with the perfect fit and the lower price turned out to be a wonderful bonus. Thanks CameronI left a very satisfied customer and will be returning to Sporting Life.
