  If I could leave a negative star, I would. Basically we were overcharged and lied to. We were charged a "tip "fee which was never authorized when we ordered it online. When we called about this we received and "oh well, we will give you a store credit". Are you crazy? Abuse our trust by charging us an unauthorized fee and you expect us to ever use you again? On a smaller scale but as important, we never received a notification that the order had actually been delivered that day so we could follow up with the receiver. Over all poor online service and follow up. Charging unauthorized fees is fraud so this company should be avoided.

  Arrangement was beautiful, expertly crafted, tasted delicious, and they went out of their way to get delivery time moved up (less than 1 hour notice)

  If I can leave a negative star I would… my husband bought me chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day and I would say 8 out of the 12 were completely GREEN… complete waste of money and as everyone knows this place is not cheap. 😑 i was not even ride in my email, I just asked if anything could be done as they were not edible… I sent pictures and an email to customer support and received no response for a week, so sent another one asking if this was how they dealt with a customer issue and received a response saying to call the store directly to do it would be explained to me and that they can’t control the produce… wow. Never ordering from there again. We will save the money.

  Excellent customer service: Nisha at the Burlington, ON store. I called my local Edible Arrangements Store to place an order for my niece who lives in Burlington, Ontario. I was happy that I was able to interact with Nisha on New Street. I have used this store exclusively for my orders with Edible Arrangements and I have been lucky enough to be assisted by Nisha. She is the epitome of what EXCELLENT customer service is and it is a pleasure to work with her. She went the extra mile to insure that I got exactly what I wanted to make that gift extra special. You immediately know from her tone and attention to detail that she cares about the product, the customer, and satisfaction.
