- MLMelissa LeungMay 28, 20265.0I had such a positive experience with Bailey, the store manager. She helped me over the phone to track a package that had not been delivered. She then went on to call American Eagle to see if the package was sent there accidentally, and then called customer service. THANK YOU BAILEY.

- AWAllison WebsterMay 5, 20185.0Amazing staff. So helpful.
- LLLaraMar 21, 20185.0I went to Aerie on a Saturday, which usually I avoid. Too busy. Too many crowds, poor customer service, etc. But I needed something so I went in. Peyton was a team member that greeted me right at the door. Very welcoming. I am definitely older than the stores target market and feel awkward in here sometimes. But it was so inviting, she was so incredibly helpful. It was a great shopping experience! If you like me slightly hesitate about going in, don't. Great customer service. Very helpful staff. I will definitely be going back again soon!
