  Make sure when you come here you dont spend so much time looking that you may have to pee. Closest place walmart. Not cute wont be back

  Nothing but good things to say! Sam and Vic are wonderful humans & the rest of the staff is always lovely. My favourite Plato’s to sell to!

  Unfortunately first and last time at this location. We went in to check out this plato’s and knew that they closed in 25 minutes. We wanted to make sure we were quick and didn’t take a long time. As soon as we walked in the employee goes “we close in 25 minutes”. No hello, nothing. I replied yes no worries. Then at 8:50 I walked up to checkout with two items, and the same employee was pretty upset she had to put her phone down to cash me out. She hardly spoke a word, and when she did she mumbled and said 7 days to return. Literally nothing else. Throws my items on the desk with the receipt and doesn’t say a word. No have a good night, no acknowledgement. I have never experienced worse customer service from a retail store, and unfortunately won’t be returning. Employee number 74 VICB on the receipt at 8:50 pm on April 13th. I understand we all have bad days but if hers is this bad that she can’t be the slightest bit polite, I think time off work is required.

  I’ve been here multiple times to sell and I have to say this is the WORST location of them all. You bring in lululemon, Nikes, and more brand name and they don’t take anything. I brought basically new Air Force ones and they didn’t take them but will take Ardene fluffy slides and shirts that have words all over them that no one wants. Besides that, the staff are not friendly when you bring things it. It seems like a very hostile environment.
