- LTlina tripodiOct 8, 20265.0I went to the Brampton store at Trinity Commons mall for two pairs of shoes that we put on from another store once I got there they could not find it. Apparently the other store never did call and put them on hold. I then called the original store and they apologized offered me a discount. Georgina at the Brampton store was so much help and apologetic even though it wasn’t for her to apologize. I recommend going to the Brampton store at Trinity Commons mall as the workers there are very helpful.

The lady was very rude, despite talking to her politely and asking for the spare balloon 🎈 kept on the floor she said no to it. It’s ok to say NO as it was a favour I was asking( but she had no etiquette, despite seeing a kid crying). A little humbleness takes you a long way. I was about to get 3 pair but she spoiled my mood and I just got one because that was the urgent one i needed. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Apart from that the other salesperson who was a male and a girl was very helpful. Just a bad experience and never going there as a family.
