Waited in line for about 10 minutes for the cashier to tell me that the order was ready for pickup at DSW their 'sister company' next door. I'm pretty sure this company can afford software where it can tell you which store to go to.

When I came back to exchange for a different size, worker was ok but when I told her I want to exchange shoes, her tone was changed. They don’t exchange shoes period!!! I expected better customer support and a more flexible exchange policy. As a result, I am dissatisfied with both the product and the service I received. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
