  I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who assisted me was quite rude and unhelpful. I liked a pair of glasses and wanted to explore more options, but he showed no interest in helping or offering alternatives. What bothered me most was that he packed the display pair for me, even after I clearly mentioned that I did not want the display piece. Despite my concern, he proceeded anyway and handled the situation rudely. Overall, the service was poor and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

  We had a great experience shopping for sunglasses at Sunglass Hut yesterday. Raman was very attentive to our needs and was helpful in suggesting various options that suited our needs. Thank you, will definitely visit again.

  Jimicia From store 1500 is one of the best CSR I had ever had the pleasure to encounter. Her professionalism and hospitality made the experience worthwhile.

  Staff was rude and unwelcoming, provided no information unless asked, and made you feel judged. Other Sunglass Hut locations have much better and more helpful staff.
