  I had a terrible experience at this store. It was my first time there, and as we were leaving after checkout, the sensors beeped because the tag was still on one of the clothing items. We were waiting to get the jeans back when I asked the representative why the tag wasn’t removed. The girl who checked out our order, whose name was Trisha or Krisha, came over and said in a very demeaning and nonchalant tone, “Oh, it’s something on my end. It wasn’t purposely done.” I completely understand that it may not have been done on purpose, and mistakes can happen. However, the way she handled the situation and kept going back and forth in an argumentative way was very disappointing. She works in customer service, and I expected her to take some accountability and handle the situation more professionally instead of arguing to defend her mistake. This was my first experience at the store, and unfortunately, it left a very negative impression.
