  So impressed from the moment we walked in. Kayla not only greeted us but WANTED to help and do a return on the spot. Her whole demeanor was extremely pleasant. I am shocked as living in Brampton , was extremely happy to see customer service displayed throughout the whole interaction. I had to wait to inform her manager how impressed we were. I tell you whatever that Manager is doing at the that store it's clearly working and others can take note. Way to bring back customer service!!!

  I just want to shout out Kimmie from American Eagle, Bramalea City Centre. This was my first time shopping here and my first time buying jeans after many years. She was beyond accommodating and friendly, helping me find my right style and size, offering suggestions etc. I had such a good shopping experience because of her honesty and expertise and I’m excited about the jeans she suggested!

  Very bad customer service. Not acceptable. I love the brand and the products. But one bad employee can ruin the experience.

  This had to be the worse customer service/ experience of all time I wish this site would give negative 1 stars because this place is horrible. I will never shop at this location again. So I went to America eagle in Brampton city centre and I found 2 shirts I wanted went to the middle to pay for them but no one was there so I waited like 5 minutes before someone showed up. She then told me to go to this next lady at the front because that lady takes debit cards so I waited in that line. As the employee in the middle takes the customers behind that paid with debit. Once the front employee was done with the customer she was with she told me to go back to the centre. I am not here to play games with the staff just tell me you don’t want my money and I will go. This happened April 12 around 640pm
