Best Shopping experience ever, I visited Aerie yesterday 20 july 2024. As soon as i entered the store i received a warm greeting that can make one forgot all worries. The lady was so energetic with the greetings, for once I forgot what to reply back :) Then i asked for measurement and without any delay Christina took me right into fitting room and suggested me few designs that i could possibly like. Realization hits harder when i tried that one and i knew right away that this is what i was missing for all these years. I changed and went right back to the counter to buy that and luck was shining they were on sale. I could not believe the whole thing feels like dream. The best was small notes on fitting room mirror, giving compliments that every girl needs to hear. I just want everyone to go there once and write your experience so others can also know what they are missing. And am sorry i forgot to ask greeting lady name.

Super disappointed with my visit here. The employee that was helping me seemed so nice at first but she sized me incorrectly and had to keep bringing me new sizes which I didn’t mind but seemed to be a big inconvenience for her. My friends were waiting for me on the sales floor and heard this employee talking about me loudly to her coworkers about how I was trying on so many things. I know it’s hard when you’re short staffed to help one customer, but communicating that to me instead of sharing words with a coworker would have been appreciated. I wish I got her name, so upsetting.
