  I had a great experience with Veronica. I had purchased the warranty with my previous sunglasses, which had wear and tear, and she made the replacement process smooth and easy. She helped me get the pair I wanted by arranging to have them shipped from another store. Throughout the process, she was friendly, cheerful, and informative, and she kept me updated on everything.
