  I had such a great experience at Plato’s Closet in Barrie, and I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Skylar! ⭐️ Skylar was absolutely amazing—so friendly, helpful, patient, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. They made me feel comfortable, were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Customer service like this really makes a difference, and Skylar is definitely an asset to the store. I’ll absolutely be back! Thank you, Skylar, for making my visit such a positive experience! ❤️

  They have no care for people’s belongings.. I picked up my “rejected” clothing and everything was just shoved back into the bags. There was an attempt to fold some but the rest was thrown on top leaving items falling out. Staff seem inconvenienced when you drop items off like that isn’t their entire business model.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Plato’s Closet! The store had a really good selection of clothes and everything was organized and easy to look through. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices were really reasonable for the brands they carry. Definitely a good place to find nice clothes without spending a ton. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  This place is so bad, the service is so horrible, some clothes were stinky and dirty 0/10 would never go again

  really should be put up online that their buying counter is closed because for a store up north a lot of people have to drive far to come to it just to be disappointed
