  Miss Jones is an amazing shop. They have wonderful and polite and very helpful employees; they are extremely knowledgeable (especially if you’re an older smoker with a set style!) and have some truly awesome deals. Their Miss Jones brand items are of the highest quality and I definitely recommend shopping with them for any of your herbal needs. And a major shout out to the entire staff, they are all truly such friendly and amazing people to deal with and there isn’t one complaint! Any issues arise, they are there and will work with and for you to make the problem right. I’ve shopped at a few herbal places in town and Miss Jones is easily a favourite amongst them all. Thank you for all you’ve always done, I appreciate you. :) <3

  I love this place because of the noticeable customer service improvement they made recently. There was a guy who was incredibly rude before at the door. Eden is one of the coolest people I’ve ever met. She deserves a raise, cause I wouldn’t have returned if it wasn’t for her being so darn kind and down-to-earth! Hopefully she gets some recognition for doing an amazing job.
