Sophia and Jade provided exceptional customer service during my visit. They were knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect items. Both were incredibly friendly and made me feel valued. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail really stood out and made my shopping experience memorable. Lulu is lucky to have them!

I don’t typically take the time to write reviews. However, my experience today is worth sharing my one star opinion. For reference I am a local paramedic, who was under the impression LuluLemon offers discounts to first responders. I attempted to use the online verification process, but was unsuccessful as a) paramedic was not an option under the profession choice for first responders, and b) my service was not listed under location. I went in person today at the Barrie LuluLemon with my official ID in hand hoping to show it to receive the discount. I mentioned the failed online verification, and that the options are firefighter/police/military. The individual working said there is nothing to be done at storefront level, and made no effort to bring the issue forward. It’s not the discount I care about, it’s the not being recognized as a first responder. LuluLemon, who do you think goes to medical calls? Why do you think ambulances have lights and sirens? Why are we ignored? It makes me, and I sure others, feel like our experiences are invalid and unimportant. Please change this LuluLemon, the technology is there.

This is a rating for Lululemon overall, not specific to the Barrie store. Extremely disappointed that the work of paramedics is not recognized with this company as first responders. Who do you think responds to every 911 call whether it's for police or fire? Not to mention all the traumatic events paramedics respond to without fire or police. Unbelievable Lulu, really.

I would not recommend this location, I will drive to Newmarket next time. Staff were extremely pushy, belittling and rushed me to make a purchase. Styles and sizes were not available in store. I had a very negative experience here, will not return - staff should be more welcoming and helpful.
In addition - the manager contacted me about my feedback from the survey online after my purchase. I provided all my information and more about my experience. He has yet to follow up or reach out to me very disappointing.
I LOVE lululemon! - however, some of the employees are extremely unapproachable, in particular Shanice, seems nice enough at first but I think she got tired of helping me as she started sighing and rolling her eyes when I asked for a bigger size. I’m an older woman, i understand I may not be the demographic lulu wants but I shouldn’t be made uncomfortable by the workers. I haven’t been back since, hoping to never run into her again.
