  Hi Lululemon, I hope this reaches head office please bring back more colours in the insulated 24 oz back to life water bottle !!!!!!no straw!!!!!! Sincerely a girl who doesn’t drink out of straws! I don’t want to have to buy another brand! Other than that I love Lululemon and the staff here is the best!

  After the staff thoroughly checked for security tags, we arrived home to find that they missed one. Called the store for 2 weeks straight. They don’t answer the phone. Emailed, finally got a response and a salesperson called, not the one that should be calling for the screw up. Didn’t care that we had to drive 2 hours round trip for their mix up. When made it back to the store, the man behind the counter said they don’t answer the phone because they are always too busy with customers. Store was empty at 10:30am. Learn some customer service skills….especially when you screw up!

  Sophia and Jade provided exceptional customer service during my visit. They were knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect items. Both were incredibly friendly and made me feel valued. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail really stood out and made my shopping experience memorable. Lulu is lucky to have them!
