  Don’t buy llbean product, the quality sucks . I bought continental backpack that started ripping on both sides of the waist strap. I talked to what I thought was the manager of the Barrie store twice over the last 4 months and he confirmed that the straps looked like they were poorly stitched / supported. He mentioned that even after a year, there would be no issue replacing since it was clearly a manufacturing problem. I live 2 hours away from the store, when I arrived I showed the manager my bag. She couldn’t find my original receipt and was telling me the current price on the bag for this model is 75.00. She didn’t replace the bad as she said the model was different. She tried to reach out to someone but that failed . Crappy customer service and bad quality of product. I guess the llbean brand is getting cheaper. I heard llbean is having the same quality issues with some of their classic boots If I’m going to pay higher pricing for llbean I would hope manufacturer defect should be handled appropriately. eddie bauer has has better service for manufacturer defects.

  Items are on the higher end for pricing, but it was cool to look around and see the outdoor gear they have.
