  I had such a great experience at this store, thanks to Monik. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had previously struggled with gummies that made my anxiety worse instead of helping, and she really took the time to understand my situation. She explained the differences between products in a way that actually made sense, and recommended something that worked perfectly for me. I truly felt listened to and cared for, which made all the difference. If you’re visiting this shop, I highly recommend asking for Monik—she’s honestly the best. Her level of expertise and customer service is outstanding. She absolutely deserves recognition (and in my opinion, should be managing if she isn’t already!).

  I have just found out my lupus flares include heart inflammation I went into the store today and said something like "do you have anything for heart inflammation" Then I said anything that's tasty like the olden dsys, he began selling me on a classic strain, I cut him off to make it easier I said "anything tasty" However the convo went, he began scolding me, a customer I shot up to critical, I wasn't almost asking for an ambulance but I said taxi instead, then I decided I'd be better to go walk home towards the ambulance station with 91 dialed on my phone ready to tap it I was their joking about pot in the good old days that used to stick to the wall to be nostalgic and friendly I was the only friendly stranger in there and it took all the over priced gummies I bought to get my blood pressure down from critical That was not service, that said maybe Mike was having a bad day, but we always need to remember others may be having a worse day I'll walk farther to the nice store in the Wellington Plaza next time

  been going to this dispo for a few years now & its definitely one of my favourites in barrie, the staff are so nice & super helpful & informative whenever i have questions & i love the deals as well as the sparks program which is a kool way to earn & get money off on future purchases. definitely one of my fave dispos to go to in barrie ◡̈
