  I received a very expensive Edible Arrangements gift basket on April 22, 2026 - hand delivered by my neighbour who discovered it on his front steps that day. The card included with the gift basket said it was delivered on April 21, 2026 which meant the basket sat outside overnight. On April 23, 2026, I received an email from Edible Arrangements asking me to complete a survey "How did we do" in respect to their April 21, 2026 delivery. I completed their survey and advised that their delivery process was unsatisfactory (didn't call to confirm we were home, delivered the basket to the wrong house, did not ensure anyone was home at the wrong address they delivered the basket - just left it on the steps unattended etc). I received an automated email response on April 23, 2026 which assigned a ticket # and advised that my feedback "has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. We'll get back to you as soon as possible" No response was received so after a few days, I sent a follow up email - no response to that either. Unacceptable customer service - A week has passed since my delivery date - I cannot fathom why someone from Edible Arrangements has not followed up to my survey response particularly since THEY asked me "How Did We Do?" - Edible Arrangement's customer service is worse than their flawed delivery process. As stated by other reviewers - DO BETTER.

  Dont go here got my gf a cake here a while back or her birthday... cake was good but super unprofessional

  I had a great experience with Edible Arrangements in Barrie. I spoke with Rommel when I called to ask about delivery timing, since it was my niece’s birthday and I hoped the arrangement would arrive shortly after she finished school. While they couldn’t make any same-day delivery promises, the team was very efficient, and it actually arrived earlier than expected. My niece absolutely loved it! I really appreciated how friendly, understanding, and helpful Rommel and the team were. Thank you, Edible Arrangements Barrie—we’ll definitely be ordering again.

  Over the weekend I ordered a birthday package, including a vanilla cake and balloons, for my boyfriend. It was to be delivered today, as per the order. I paid extra for delivery, despite never having paid for delivery ordered in advance through the website prior to this (albeit the others have all been in Alberta). I tried to call on Saturday to correct a phone number for delivery, as his cell reception is spotty where he’s at and I’d rather they call me so I can let him know to go get it from the lobby of the resort, to which they said they’d call me back to update it. Big surprise, that call never came through. Fast forward to today: I called for an update, they said they couldn’t change the number to mine (because apparently writing on a piece of paper and attaching it to the box was deemed too difficult to comprehend), so instead I asked them to hold it at the location and I would have my boyfriend pick it up himself. A few hours later, I spoke to my boyfriend asking if he got everything I ordered, and to my surprise all he got was a chocolate cake. No balloons, no vanilla cake like what was ordered, no delivery. Was I still charged for all of this, as well as a tip for the delivery driver? Oh I absolutely was. I called the store to voice my dissatisfaction, and was spoken to by a man asking what I would like to do about it as they don’t carry vanilla cakes and insinuated it was my fault for using the online store to order instead of calling a store on the other side of the country to order this. Not once was ownership of any of the issues taken by this man, who continues to lay the onus on me to correct his store’s mistakes. They had ample opportunities from the time they received the order until the time I called to change the order to pickup to inform me of these issues, but instead chose to pretend they didn’t exist. I am sorely disappointed, not only in the bait and switch of products and of purchased items not being included, but also the tone of the man of the phone and his refusal to come up with any solutions while putting the onus on me to correct his store’s multiple mistakes. Unfortunately, I feel like this isn’t an uncommon instance with this location and am left with quite the sour taste in my mouth. Do better, because this is highly unacceptable.

  DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS Picked up a chocolate covered tray of fruits and strawberry was rotten inside. $85.00 and not quality control. Will never purchase from edible arrangements again.
