  Disrespectful manager. I was sick in bed for 3 weeks cancelled my wedding in Mexico and they left a basket that I received as a thoughtful gift outside my porch with out even calling and we are not home due to me being in and out of hospital. Called back to advise management what happened and the fruit has gone bad and they should have spoken to someone he had nothing to say just rude and disrespectful. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

  Will never consider this place again. Pre ordered their rose and strawberries for my wife for our anniversary. Got called on the day of and told I need to pick it up at the pizza shop next door. When I got there I could immediately see the Red roses were basically dead. The bouquet was squished. Everything was wilted. Couldn't say anything because the Pizza guy didn't care. Went through their website to submit a ticket officially and explain. No response. Called the Barrie store. Was calmly and professionally explaining what happened before the Man on the line legitimately cut me off mid sentence and said "Yeah, I'm with a customer I'll call you back" and hung up the phone. Obviously, that call back never came. Customer service as poor as their flowers. Despite what they charge. Disappointing.

  I received a very expensive Edible Arrangements gift basket on April 22, 2026 - hand delivered by my neighbour who discovered it on his front steps that day. The card included with the gift basket said it was delivered on April 21, 2026 which meant the basket sat outside overnight. On April 23, 2026, I received an email from Edible Arrangements asking me to complete a survey "How did we do" in respect to their April 21, 2026 delivery. I completed their survey and advised that their delivery process was unsatisfactory (didn't call to confirm we were home, delivered the basket to the wrong house, did not ensure anyone was home at the wrong address they delivered the basket - just left it on the steps unattended etc). I received an automated email response on April 23, 2026 which assigned a ticket # and advised that my feedback "has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. We'll get back to you as soon as possible" No response was received so after a few days, I sent a follow up email - no response to that either. Unacceptable customer service - A week has passed since my delivery date - I cannot fathom why someone from Edible Arrangements has not followed up to my survey response particularly since THEY asked me "How Did We Do?" - Edible Arrangement's customer service is worse than their flawed delivery process. As stated by other reviewers - DO BETTER.

  Barrie ON store - I ordered the sympathy bouquet with white chocolate Peace Dove pineapple pieces - it was perfect! The recipients loved it. Same day order was delivered by 3 pm (awesome)! I added chocolate covered strawberries and there were other options to add to the order which sounded really good too. Loved ordering online - pictures of all the options and then the ordering page with all the extra options was so helpful. I will be ordering these arrangements instead of flowers from now on. Great work Edible Arrangements!!
