  Barrie DSW location about manger. This manager is not suitable for this position. They lack the professionalism and communication skills required to interact with customers respectfully and effectively. When a customer has a concern or complaint, it should be handled with courtesy, patience, and a genuine willingness to listen. Unfortunately, this manager fails to demonstrate these basic customer service skills, resulting in a disappointing experience. He's not deserve this position for any where. He probably thought that just because he was a manager, he was someone important. In reality, he was nothing. He behaved like a foolish, irrational person.

  Lots of choices... Giving this a 1 start rating because there hasn't been one time, and I have called this location numerous times over the last couple of months, have I EVER been able to speak to anyone. It goes to a voice mail and asks to call back later!! I have contact DSW head office over this. Ronny Barrie, ON
