Specially the manager and and one of the sales associates named Alex. Wanted to be very rude for us asking questions in regards to the gift cards and then lied about the information he was giving us. I will not be going back to this location nor do I advise anyone else going.

- ABAJ BojadorJun 14, 20242.0This store does not have a separate line for returns. I know San Marcos store does. I am disappointed in the Nordstrom customer service here so far. Is it because it’s The Rack? I was told to go to the line of 20+ people making purchases to make my return and I asked for the manager and she blew me off and said she would tell her my concern. So far the register is very crowded area and store is a bit congested. I may still just go to San Marcos and avoid the chaos. Bummer
