  I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at City Trends on Market Street. I spent over $100 on items, and everything was packed into a single paper bag that clearly wasn’t strong enough. I specifically asked the cashier to double bag my items, and she refused. The bag ripped before I even made it out of the parking lot, leaving me struggling to carry everything home. This was completely avoidable with basic care. On top of that, the customer service was extremely unprofessional. I am a transgender woman, and the staff were making faces, laughing, and whispering in a way that felt very targeted and disrespectful. I know the difference between normal behavior and being mocked, and this crossed the line. No customer should be treated like that—especially while spending their money there. Between the careless handling of my purchase and the disrespectful behavior, this was an unacceptable experience.

  Costumer service sucks you have to call out for help even though there’s four people on the floor when it was my turn to lay there was no type of interaction no hi how are you just complete silence all the ladies made me feel uncomfortable and this isn’t the first time it’s like they don’t want to work I don’t even like coming to this cheap ahh store the least they can do is act like they want to be here they be so aggressive they pick and choose who they like in here .

  This store has a little bit of everything in there. Customer service is great. Styles for all age from babies, back to school, night out, and home accessories. So affordable so everyone can have a gift and you can stay in your budget. So Enjoy your Shopping Experience .✨️
